- Presentation about the aerial benefits and restorative programm
- 2 hours daily aerial yoga class
- 1 hour by day meditation into the hammock
- Waterfall visit
- Mangroves nature tour on a stand up paddle board or kayak (beginners ok)
- Optional: Dominicalito beach, Ocean Kayaking, swimming hole and waterfall, spend an afternoon or a morning at Rana Roja farm swimming in 3 waterfalls, and a fresh fish lunch (vegetarian option too)
